Hi Team,

I have submitted the claim on 17th May for the medical reimbursement and its not processed yet and every time when i am checking with TPA/customer care are telling me to wait for 1 week and now its 6 weeks have been passed.

Waiting for the medical claim to be processed. its been pending from last 6 weeks now but they are unnecessary delaying the payment.

Please can you able to help me out.
