My policy is under investigation from past 5 months and we re not being informed anything about it nor the status. Very irresponsible behaviour on their part. They should have the minimum courtesy of communicating with the customers about the on going investigation. I have been calling the customer care number which is always busy and luckily if it rings, no one is receiving. There is no means to communicate with them or i would say they are too careless of about their duties. I am hoping to get a proper response atleast now Was this information helpful? |
