Hello, this complaint is regarding the rude behavior of the regional manager o[censored]IIC, firstly i got a call today about money transfer for my claim, for which the form was submitted 2 months back, they took so long to refund the amount secondly the regional manager was very very rude fir which i have to reply in the same manner, this should not happen to the consumer by any firm, they should be polite towards their customers. the refund should be done within 15 days of form submission, instead of an apology we have to hear such harsh words..i want UIIC to take actions towards the manager or else a legal notice will be sent
