Good morning sir im from nizamabad telangana, sir i have purchased a mobile in big c samsung j7 prime i have an insurace of your company so mobile got an damge so i have appiled an for an insurace but approval has came but you havent send money or check etc, since 4 r5 months im chechking my status approval is there but no response from our insurance if i call to ur insurace company on response and i have courier my detail to hyderabad branch if you will not take this action i will complaint to police about this issue and you have not given claim number
