My self n jayababu, i have bought lyf flame mobile on 10-july-2016. It has got severely damaged during bike accident on 07-dec-2016, i have filed an insurance claim for my mobile on 08-dec-2016 at uib abids, hyderabad. Till now there is no response from the insurance company regarding my claim. Nobody is responding for calls and emails. My claim no is [protected], please take an action against the universal insurance brokers company and provide my insurance at the earliest.
