I purchased amc (Annual maintenance) with universal pure water solutions after that they are not responding for the service.

I am requesting for the service, they are saying tomorrow we will send the boy from past 3 weeks. Now the water taste has been changed completely. I am not able to drink that water.

I need immediate action to be taken on this. If they are not willing to do service. I need my amc amount (7500rs) back.
