On Oct 31 I called up a toll free number listed on the internet for onida washing machine[protected]. They did not give me any complaint number and said that the technician will give a call before coming. The tat was 24 hours. Within an hour I got a call from [protected] asking me about the issue. He reached the place and changed the sensor and later said that it would cost Rs. 4200 since they were giving 3 years warranty. Inspite of asking him several times before changing the sensor, he did not reveal the price. Later we transferred the money through Google Pay with much hesitation. He assured that they will send the bill and warranty details to my mail id. But till date I haven't received either the bill or the warranty details.On calling them several times, they are not picking my calls. They are utter frauds. These are the numbers which I have been following up with [protected], [protected], [protected].
The toll free call center also seems like their set up.
