[Resolved]  Universal Services — IFB Washing Machine

We complaint about the malfunctioning of our IFB washing machine and we got a call from engineer from universal services he came and checked the machine and taken 3700 INR and told me that the machine has been fixed but when i checked it there was no change in the machine but when i tried to call the engineer then he was not responding my calls and not i have lost my money and again there is no fix in the machine.

Complaint Number: 10020009 (Mentioned on universal services bill), i am suspecting weather the PCB was faulty or not, may be your engineer foold us and taken 3, 700 INR from us.
