Meri policy no.2825/55590574/02/000 jo ki mein last three year se maintained kar raha tha but meine aapne son ko 10.09.2018 ko LYF Hospital indira puran, ghaziabad up mein admit kiya tha or mein pura pryaas kia ki claim cashless ho jaye but universal ne koi help nahi ki kyu ki mujhe hospital. Dawra bata gaya ki aapke hospital ke sath abhi abhi contract hua hai is liye be cashless facilities provide nahi kar sakte jis se mein bahut dhukhi hua hu.or universal noida customer care ne bhi mujhe misguide kiya or koi help nahi ki so conclusions ye hai ki aapki facility good nahi hai kyuki mere sath ye second time repeat hua hai. Please mujhe cashless facility provided karne ka cust kare. Nahi too mein aapne anubavh ke aadhar par ye keh sakta hu ki aap policy ke samya help ki baat karte hai par claim aane par aap bewakoof bana te hai or mein sabhi ko suggests karunga ki wo universal policy ko purchase na kare.
