I am anil sharma i took motor insurance for ashok leyland truck 1618 (Grd faridabad sector 58),
From universal sompo general insurance company ltd. My issue is that i got cover note on same time and after two month i got full policy (Endorsement letter). Now on 06/05/2018 truck got accident and we claim for it to company but company person rohit sachan (Faridabad branch) said to me that we not recontinue your policy because we don't get any amount but my bank said there is no cheque bounce on your side. I give bank statement to rohit.
I said if that issue happened then why company not intimate me and grd (Faridabad). Company not sent a single mail to me and grd where i purchase the truck Was this information helpful? |
