[Resolved] University Of Madras — Provisional and Degree Certificate issuance delaying

I am a first generation graduate residing at the above address. I joined Tagore College of Art and Science, B.com Account & finance (Reg. No.[protected] last academic year[protected] and then again last academic year[protected] in the same degree (B.com Account Finance. Reg. No.[protected]. I have applied for Provisional Certificate and Degree Certificate and Degree Certificate for the past 3 years and have approached in person several times for this but till now the concerned Madras University Division is refusing to give me the above certificate. Therefore, I humbly request them to inform me about the reason for refusing to issue my certificate, through Right to Information Act (as per Freedom of Information Act 2005) and help me to get the above certificate.
