[Resolved]  Unix Enterprise — fraud agreement for money

Don't worry. They r threatening you for 420 ipc but let me tell you all this section does not set fit in this case.
Further when I called up to ask for contract copy. The person who is posing to be an advocate refuses to furnish with the same. Also he is talking in the local language which is similar to that of Haryana or up. It doesn't sound to be that of an advocate from maharashtra. Further the notice my sister get didn't mention any details regarding work, or even the name of employee. And it was send by the name of deepak goel, advocate associate but doesn't mention bar number or chamber number. Then he send today a case number and said case has been filed against u. Case number is given when case is filed in the court. In d msg he failed to mention the court name, case type n other relevant details. May be he knew with full details u can check the status on ecourt services.
So don't worry get them block and for a safer side, file a legal application in nearby police station and also mention of the harassment u met with. Get that application signed and don't forget to take the receiving.

Yeh log ne zor zabardasti karke sign karaya hai term and condition toh bataya nahi pehle ki agar agreement sign hogaya toh nahi sor sakta hai agar sordiya toh fir case karega yeh toh nahi bataya..baat main sign karneka baat bola..toh yeh fraud company hi lagrahai muje. Toh dostoh yeh sab ka uparmai hum log sab milke kya kar saktahai bataoo??

Guys u need not to worry. The unix fellows had done great job. But unhe nhi pta tha lawyer k paas fhas jayenge ye.
Points to be noted -
1. Ur stamp paper not notarized
2.check d images i had attached. Same stamp paper bearing number uk 5115 used in frauds by navya jobs, web tech and this unix also.
3. In their legal notices, details of advocate is not mentioned. Like signature, chamber number n all.
4. Look into d pictures attached. There is complaint regarding this stamp vendor y. D rathore.
This is a group committing on fraud.
I just want you to not pay a single penny to them and get an FIR filled in nearby police station. Take the copies of photos i had attached r u can Google them and get it as an evidence.

My wife accidentally registered for this and its the same agreement copy. Unfortunately adhar was shared as part of documents. However after reading all this I have blocked all of their numbers. They sent an sms on 19th September abusing in hindi. Saying we will take legal action we have your adhar? I have blocked all numbers on her mobile. 20th September I did not see any call and sms. I ll keep on ignoring. However I am worried about adhar now. Any inputs?

I should have checked it online if it was a fraud or not now i am in the situation as you guys, I finished my 1500 forms in time but they are saying that i did not meet their accuracy rate while i worked my ### off wasting 10 days to be precise and now they are say they will sue me . What worries me the most that they have my adhar details, if anybody here has their problem resolved please folks help me out, i am so tensed.

Unix enterprise is blackmailing to pay money. Please take action against this company .I finished the work they told after that they are threating me.

Same situation is with me.Unix enterprises ke saath agreement hua tha aur us par uk 5115 likha hua hai mujhe is baat ka dar lag rha hai ki kahin o mujhe blackmail n kare kyonki mera adhar ka photo uske paas hai saath hi mera photo bhi. Agar wo aisa karta hai to mere paas legally kya right hoga kyonki agreement ke samay ye nhi bataya tha ki agar aap agreement break karte hai to aapko court me fight karna parega.I am so tensed so anybody can suggest me how to overcome from this situation.

My brother paid them 30k, They blackmailed it-seems so he got scare and paid them.without informing us, some how my dad come to know about this and scolding him.

Sir please help me I am in same situation. They are asking me for money rs. 26500 and threatening me if you will not pay this amount we will file a case against you.
