Unnati World, Plot No.01, Sector-143, Noida — refusal for refunding the booking amount

I have deposited the following amount to m/s unnati world as under: cheque no.170613 dt.12.10.2014 of hdfc bank for rs,.2, 00, 000/-
Cheque no. 524969 dt. 8.03.2015 of syndicate bank for rs.1, 21, 626/- cheque no.170614 dt.08.03.2015 of hdfc bank for rrs.2, 37, 000/-
Cheque no.704312 dt. 21.03.2015 of icici bank for rs.2, 00, 000/-
Cheque no.170616 dt 21.03.2015 of hdfc bank for rs. 50, 000/-
Cheque no. 002841 dt.24.03.2015 o[censored]nion bank for rs.3, 00, 000/-
I have deposited a total of rs.11, 08, 626/- to m/s unnati world. As the said project is stated to be shelved, i visited a number of times to the office of m/s unnati world (B-117, sector-67, noida) for refund of deposited money. After getting filling of so many forms lastly they said money cannot be refunded but transfer to some other project. I am not in a position to shift to some other project. It is requested to get my hard earned money refunded from m/s unnati world. I am in dire need of money
