Up B. Ed — UP B.Ed registration fee payment issue

Sir,
I have paid payment o[censored]P B.Ed. Application Fee Rs. 1000 through Debit Card for UPBED Registration No.[protected] on 4 April 2017. The payment has failed and the Fee Amount debited from my account. Due to last date of submitting the fee is[protected] for the application so I am again pay fee for the application on[protected]. But payment of[protected] is not credited in my account. Please refund the Rs. 1000 as soon as possible.
