[Resolved] Up Board — correction in name of 12 th marksheet

Dear sir/ ma'am,
I want to know for correcting the name of 12 class marksheet according to 10 marksheet.
My wife passed 12 exam in year 2001 from up board.
In 12 class marksheet name is anjly gupta.
But in 10 class marksheet name is anjali gupta.
12th class roll. No.0059173 year 2001.

10th marksheets name: Anjali Gupta but in 12 th class marksheet name is Anjly gupta. So I would like to chane or correct name in 12 class marksheet according to 10th class marksheets.
