Dear Sir,
I Arpit Chaurasia, applied for my Caste Certificate (Application no. [protected]) on 4 September 2022.
Lekhpal Brijnath Pandey, of my area tehsil Sadar(Lucknow), received my caste certificate on 9 September 2022 and today is 15 September 2022 yet he hasn't approved my caste certificate. I have to apply my caste certificate in my college Admission Form. Last date of admission form is almost at the red line.
So, I humbly request you to look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
