UP Lekhpal — takes bribe (his-money)

Dear sir,

I need to get made my domicile. Lekhpal canceled the application without any reason then i applied again. Next time he ask for bribe. He wanted 5000 rupees for approving it. I'll have to give because my admission in my college was about to be cancel. I was in so need and he take the benefit.

So kindly you are requested to takes the needful action against such corrupt person. So that any other needful person not be cheat by him, not be rubbed.
