I atul kushwaha was standing in front of my school to meet my friend suddenly two cops with bike no.(UP35AG4063)came to me and asked what i am doing there and then he started abusing and I was not driving my bike, my bike was simply parked and then he asked for papers he threw the papers and forced me to sit on the bike and then today i am getting a message (UP32CC9098)challan no. UP[protected] but the officers vehicle insurance and PUCC is also expired so how is he allowed to do challan
