Dear sir, i purchesed rs 5103 from your big bazaar outlet at phoenix mall alamnagar dated 01.05.2019
My till no. 2 and tr no 97343.
Your cashier submitted wrong no in bill for credit cashback
My registered mobile no is [protected]
Cashier submitted [protected]
I raised a complain at 02.05.2019
But your exicutive saying alway that your problem is solve in 48 hours
But cask back is not credit till now 13/05/2019
Very unresponsive behavior with customers and loss your goodwill in comsumers rating.
I also complaint in comsumer forum. If my problem is not solve by you.
