I raised a admission cancellation request with Upgrad on 1st Feb'2021 for a 11 month course for which I took admission in Dec'2020. I opted for a loan provided by Upgrad through Zestmoney.
Due to sudden financial crisis I am not ablento pay the EMI from March 2021 for which I intimated and requested Upgrad on 1st Feb 2021 to cancel my admission. On this Upgrad requested me to share relevant proofs so that my financials crisis will be justified for which shared all the relevant documents and detail explanations.
However Upgrad didnt considered this and they denied to cancelled the admission. I am being following up since Feb 2021 which has been 6 months now and requesting continoulsy to consider my case as its a matter of survival for me and my family. But even to this Upgrad team is showing highly unprofessional behaviour and denying to cancel the admission which is effective me and my family life.
Moreover zestmoney is aksing for admission confirmation from Upgrad for which Upgrad is not supporting and every monthbI'm been charged bouncing charges. Was this information helpful? |
