One month ago, i have opened an account with ups jet airways for international shipments from india, i have accounts with dhl and fedex, they are very good in terms of billing & invoices, when i got the invoice bill for ups, i was shocked, they were charging me so much almost double of the dhl/fedex, as we have sent out the shipments in flyers, and they put the dimensions on all my flyers, and if the original weight of shipment is 2 kgs, they are charging me for 4.5 kgs, this is just one example, 95% shipments they have put the wrong weight of shipments, and now once i have coordinated with their billing team, they are saying, the dimension has taken place in the flyers, and almost more than the double amount they charged. For an example an average product cost of sending international shipment varies from 750 to 850 rupees per product, and ups charging me rs1600 per product. I request all consumers or business man who deals with ups jet airway shipping company, please stop deal with them immediately, they can charge you any amount without any prior information. Also they have fraud dimension billing system, they are not charging the actual weight of the shipment, they charge as per their own feasibility and make the invoice as per their choice.
