Hi! I’m really stressful and need a solution for this matter. On 13th of september i applied for a job in quickr and through which i got a call from a girl through whatsapp (Number i can specify if you want) and explained me about the work which was a form filling job 1500 forms in 10 days. They somehow managed to cheat me and got me registered after that i was handed the work after 1 day of registration. They did provide a digital agreement which looks absolute fake now, i did complete the work on time but somehow it showed only 1499 forms were completed and not 1500, which was unusual as i had rechecked it agin from 1-1500 but i could not find any error. So, later on that submission day i got a call from esthetica enterprise asking for the sum of 3000 saying that they will help me figure out that 1 form, little skeptical about it so i started googling their website and through consumer complaint i got to know that it’s just not me but number of people going through such issue where they are being cheated, this company is basically a fraud and now when my work is not complete as per how they projected it to be a email has been forwarded to me through a person named adv. Maysha malik, aurangabad court. Chamber 7, with bar council number - mh[protected]. Threatening me and giving a time period of 1:30pm by today to repay the amount otherwise he is going to issue a summon against me. I am really scared as i am a student and i don’t have any amount to repay them. Could you please me on this.
