Uptet 2015 — Extra deduction of fees

Sir, During the fee payment (411 Rs.) of the UPTET 2015, I had to pay the fee 3 times (1233 Rs.) for the same registration no [protected] due to the failure of http://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/ website. I emailed to secretariat to refund the money i paid 2 time extra but there was no response. I called thousands time to their help line no but that is useless. none of them worked.
