Dear Sir,
I was an employee of EPABX Dept.of ER, Regional office, 10, Hindustan Road, Kolkata-700029. I took
VRS on 1st AUGUST 2000, due to financial problem in office at that time. I tried to contact to you by
letter since Jan- 2002, but I could not receive any reply or acceptance letter from you. As per your
letter Ref:No:UIL:PER:VRS-97:2000 Dated:1AUGUST 2000, it was clearly mentioned on ANNEX-III
statement of Balance Dues as on 31 JULY 2000, Rs-144315.00.in total(Inclusive Pending Salary and
Unpaid PF).
I send you letter with A/D Reg.No1821 dated26/12/2000.another letter to Secretary, UPCL CPF
TRUST, also with A/D No 2151 on 02/06/2001, again I send letter to Manager(Per) at Gomti Nagar
Ref.No:ACR/VRS/P/01 on11/12/2001.and also send you letter through C.M.Secretary of
West Bengal.their ref.No:38 CMS(I) on17/01/2002.But till date I do not receive any reply letter nor
Due Salary.
Therefore I humbly request you to arrange to release my unpaid amounts andsend it to me and help
me.
I hope that you will treat the problem as your Own and reply me as early as possible.
