I ordered 2 item (Order # T[protected] on 17th Sep 2022.Following are the order details-
1) Alfreeda White Cotton Shade Table Lamp (Black & Gold)
2) Sneha Console Table (Walnut, Matte Finish)
Item no. 1 had an estimated delivery date of 26-28 Sep and after multiple calls to Urban ladder and delivery partner, they delivered the product on 11th Oct.
There was no quality checks from urban ladder as the lamp had small dents on it. Since these were small dents I ignored it and was happy that at least I got the product delivered.
Item no. 2 had an estimated delivery date of 11th Oct 2022 and even after multiple calls to Urban ladder, they have not delivered the product yet. Every time I call urban ladder I get a template response and an email reply. They have no control on the delivery, they have just taken the money and now they don't care. Every time their delivery partner will keep changing the "Estimated delivery date" to next day and their delivery executive will call me once in 3-4 days asking "can we deliver today" or "can we deliver tomorrow" and they never turned up.
I have requested Urban ladder that if they can not deliver the product in good condition by 20th Oct 2022, they should refund my money. For which I have not received any communication. They are avoiding the refund and is not delivering the product as well. Was this information helpful? |
