Urbanior.in — Complaint on Satish Muthusamy - Interior designer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I am facing with a person called Satish Muthusamy who cheated with the interior designing of my house. I had hired this person to design the interiors of my house and had paid him a sum of 1.85 lakhs till date as per the agreement. However, even after the completion of the agreement period, the work has not been completed as per the agreed terms.

To add to this, the quality of work that has been done so far is substandard and does not match up to the promises that were made by the person in question. The materials used in the interior designing of my house are of poor quality, and the workmanship is shoddy. I have also noticed that some of the materials used are not the ones that were promised to me.

I have tried to reach out to the person several times to express my dissatisfaction and to request that the work be completed as per the agreement. However, my calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I have not received any satisfactory response from him. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.

I strongly believe that this person has cheated me by not fulfilling his obligations as per the agreement and has compromised on the quality of work. I am therefore requesting that you take immediate action against this person and ensure that he completes the work as per the agreed terms and to the expected quality standards. I request immediate action to ensure completion of the work as per agreement and a refund for the unsatisfactory work.

I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to resolve this issue at the earliest.
