This message is regarding the recent purchase from urbanpods. I ordered urbanpods pro on 7 May 2021 and received the product on 14th May 2021 (order Id: 2929). One of the Urbanpods pro as well as the charging case is not working at all. I neither received the extra earbuds as mentioned on the official website. Was this information helpful? |
