Urbentclab — urbanclap is not a right choice

Hi team,

It's more than a month now. You assured that you will be sending a senior most technician to fix the problem. Later on 23rd march we went into lockdown situvation. You called me on 24th march and told that you will not be in a position to arrange a technician till lockdown is revoked. By extention of lockdown by 3 times it is more than 45 days now.

You have not taken any steps to attend my case even after start of your services. Please confirm, why am i not allowed to claim my insured service charges paid as the services was assured and insured for rs.10000.

I am raising complaint in consumer forum if i am not attended with in next 24 hours.. Then you will need to pay back my insured amount that i spent and also the court charges plus penalty for this kind of harassment in the summer.
