I have ordered a powerbank directly from Urbnworld website on 28th February, 2024.
I have wrongly selected an item and mailed them to cancel my order.
They have cancelled my order.
I am waiting for my refund.
It's been more than 15 days and my money is not credited to my account nor any gift voucher is given to me.
I mailed number of times to [protected]@urbnworld
But they are saying that amount has been credited to my account...
1125/- is the value of powerbank.
