cheated my money by promising for job

Two years back, they called me and convinced that they have permanent job with electronics manufacturing company for which i have to pay registration fees and background verification fees. They called me everyday and asked to pay for various services or process to release the offer and i paid about rs. 60000. Then suddenly they switched off the mobile numbers and not responding to my emails. They cheated my money and did not gave any job...

They said if we do not put up your job if it'll return your money, they (AAYUSH [protected]) call to me we are back your money, They do mail us before you give 10, 000 then we'll be back. so please refund my money....
