Parcel was booked at date of 05/08/2019 from vasai to chennai by air.
The parcel is yet not received at destination. I have spoekn to customer care executive chennai base guindy office to miss uma bharti.
They said ur complaint is taken but there is no action against my comlapint
They also given manager number of gindy m :[protected], delhi :[protected].
They both not pickup the call its almost 9 days ago. They dont even find that where my parcel is its really urgent its containns electical pvc plates which cost around rs.1000. I fed up from customer care exective they not giving current response propely please take immidately action or other wise i wil go to consumer court.
