Usha — Products was damaged and replacement with warranty card

Usha fan was ordered on 6 april 2021. The blades was broken last week. I am try to contact the seller which is order from Amazon.

Amazon customers service was provided sone contact detail and tried to contact but there is no reply and didn't pick the call. I have sent mail to seller but no response from last week.

I have ordered an usha fan with 5 blades on Amazon on 6 th April 2021. The blade was damaged and the complaint was raised against it. I got mail from support that mail, executive will reach you soon from mail. Also I received one mail but I am not sure if the mail below is usha customer service ([protected]@gmail.com) aked mobile number. I got a call from the number ([protected]). It is one of the fraud services. They planned to cheat the product from my side, I was immediately asked for a replacement, he said ok and I was asked for a few minutes for confirmation. I have tried to call back that number, but it is switched off...

Can you take immediate action for it?
