I had purchased 15 litres storage water geyser on 02.01.2020 from CSD Airforce Canteen Ghaziabad with a warranty serial number SB[protected] BILL NUMBER 095772 product code 22327 geyser Eurolex Endura 15L amount 6242.05wherein the geyser stopped working within six months and inspite of repeated calls to their customer care centre no one turned up .Yesterday, after filing a complaint on their portal the technician visited but said the product is not covered by USHA and we need to follow up with other company. When I purchased the warranty card has all details o[censored]SHA company on it then how can a customer be penalised .Kindly arrange to get the same replaced as the technician said the warranty for the tank is 5 years.
