I have been using this product from last 3 months, within the first month the tap got damaged, now when i am pulling the leaver down for the water purification, water is getting leaked.
I have given the complaint for the same on 24-apr-2018, till now there is no response. I have followed up with them for every two days, when ever i am calling them they were telling the tat of 24-48 hrs.
I wanted to know the reason for this irresponsible attitude.
At the end i wanted to know whether they can help me by resolving my issue or not. Was this information helpful? |
