I applied for online jobs on clickindia website then usys services contacted me through call and said are you interested and i said yes and asked that if i fail then do i have to pay any amount and they said that you don't have to pay anything it will be deducted from the salary given by us in the next session.
After that they took my adhara card details through whats app and send me a mail for confirmation. After confirmation they gave me the login id, password and details about the jobs and the salary.
My job was to fill 3000 forms with the details provide by the company in 15 days and for that i will get rs. 30000. I worked for 5 to 6 days and then i realized that the data given by then is fake so i texted the employee of the company through whatsapp that i will not continue the job but i didnt get any reply from the company and i left the job.
After 15 days i got a message from a advocate named aditya stating that usys services is going to file a case against me under the section 420 of ipc as per the agreement given by then if i don't pay the penalty amount of rs.5400 before 7:00pm on 19-oct-2018.
And next day they again texted me to pay the amount before 1:00pm 20-oct-2018 or else they will take legal action against me. They have also mailed me the soft copy of notice. They are continuously threatening me why text and mail stating that they will file case against me in court.
