Dear Jijo Kuriyan,

As per your statement, the data available in Aadhar card is not matched with application which you applied for PAN. So You have to modify the data in Aadhar as matched with your PAN Card application. After that you may send the information letter along with Aadhar card copy. In receipt of the same they will proceed further. If you applied through digital signature option means you need to visit nearest UTIITSL office for biomatric verification after modifing Aadhar data.
