Dear sir,

I have submitted original copy of new pan card application in varanasi utiitsl office dated on[protected], but still not received pan card nor any update in portal, i have taking with customer care and on mail but updating any things but utiitsl team, also i will complete customer care all enquiry, but no response.
Kindly look in to the matter.
