This is to inform you that kollam uti pan card service centre is charging excessive fee for new pan card application (Ie, rs 170 instead of rs 110 as stated in official website) for the recent weeks. Kindly requesting you to take immediate action for the protection of consumer rights. Hoping an immediate action for the same.
