On october 3rd i tried to book a season ticket on that app. But due to some technical issues, the payment went through but the ticket still didn't get booked. I contacted them and they told me payment will be refunded in 15 days. After 15 days it still was not refunded, and i sent them an email informing the same. They said they escalated the issue to their higher-ups. However it's been 25 days now and no response. They won't respond back to my email.
