Uttam Toyota — Delivery of Toyota Hyryder

I hope this mail finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your dealership, Uttam Toyota, FIE, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092, in the second week of August 2023. My interactions with your staff left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer as he called me and left me unattended in the showroom despite he was in the showroom.
I visited your dealership with the intention of exploring and potentially purchasing a new vehicle "Toyota Hyryder" Neo drive which was booked on[protected] on the call of Mr. Rajat who told me that the vehicle has come from the company and lying in the yard, and you may take delivery after making payment. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of your staff. Allow me to outline the incidents that transpired during my visit and as asked to narrate in detail by your telecaller representative:

Rude Attitude: The sales representative who assisted me seemed disinterested and displayed a lack of enthusiasm from the moment I walked in. Their tone of voice and body language conveyed that my presence was an inconvenience. This not only made me uncomfortable but also reflected negatively on the reputation of your Toyota name which is known worldwide for the service.

Disregard for Questions: I had several questions about the vehicles I was booked to buy, and it was evident that the representative was impatient and annoyed by my inquiries. They brushed off my questions with vague answers and failed to provide the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision.

Insensitive Remarks: To my disbelief, the sales representative made inappropriate remarks about my budget and preferences. Such comments were disrespectful and entirely unacceptable. As a customer and become a senior citizen, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Waiting Period : Throughout my visit, I had to endure extended periods of waiting without any explanation or apology. My time was not respected, and the lack of attention further added to my frustration.

I believe in giving feedback constructively, and my intention in writing this mail is to ensure that you are aware of the negative experience I encountered at this "TOYOTA" dealership. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in a place of "TOYOTA" that is meant to provide quality service to customers not even in India but Worldwide. As someone who has bought vehicles from various dealerships in the past, I can confidently say that the treatment I received at your dealership was far from satisfactory.
I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously and address the issues within the dealership team. A customer's satisfaction is the cornerstone of any successful business, and I believe that rectifying these concerns will contribute to the improvement of your Toyota's reputation.
