Also, Please share a Photo of the first page of your bank pass book in which IFSC code and Account Number is mentioned, for our confirmation regarding the details that you will fill in the refund form.

We will pickup your order within 7-8 working days.

After we receive back your order, we would then initiate your refund process.

Your refund will be transferred to your Account within 5-7 working days.

Even after 5 days of providing the details for the second time, you guys have not initiated the pickup.

Extremely bad service.. i got 3 calls from Uttamvastra after registering this complaint. All 3 executives took all details but no action. Got a call from a lady stating she is from quality dept o[censored]ttam vastra. But all in vain.

These guys only believe in calling but no action. Even after 20 days the pickup is still not done.

By this time escalation should have reached owner of this company..

Hope Consumer complaints forum is noting all complaints against this company and will take some strict action.

No progress on this compliant for last 20 days
