Even after 5 days of providing the details for the second time, you guys have not initiated the pickup.

Extremely bad service.. i got 3 calls from Uttamvastra after registering this complaint. All 3 executives took all details but no action. Got a call from a lady stating she is from quality dept o[censored]ttam vastra. But all in vain.
These guys only believe in calling but no action. Even after 20 days the pickup is still not done.
By this time escalation should have reached owner of this company..
Hope Consumer complaints forum is noting all complaints against this company and will take some strict action.
