Uttamvastra.com — Either refund my money or resend my order

I ordered 4 dresses in jan.30 with order number #201408 but order was not available. I had paid the whole amount through internet banking. I waited almost 1 _ 2 months but no availablity thn i called customer care n cancelled my order n i request them to refund my amount. Its almost 4months now neither i gt refund amount nor i gt my order. Please resolve my problem. Please provide details about my complaint too on my mobile number
