[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — Poor quality of received items, didn't came for return even after 50 days

first of all the product quality is so poor and it does not resemble to the product i ordered.
i placed a return request the very next day of reception but no one came for return. its been over 50 days but still no one came for returning order.every time i send them email i just get the same answer "We will take 4-5 days more".they have worst customer service.
