Uttamvastra.com — Refund and unethical behaviour

I understand that you are not satisfied with the service provided to receive a refund for your Order: ​277304

On reviewing your case, I see that your Order No: 277304 was placed on: 24/02/2016 and Dispatched on: 25/02/2016

Which was later delivered to you via Aramex courier services - Tracking No.[protected] on 1st March 2016.

I would like to bring this to your notice that our terms and conditions clearly specify that "You can return a product purchased on Uttamvastra website within 15 days of delivery."

As we have received your request to get the product returned and refund after more than a month, there is not much we can do to help you with your return and refund request.

you must check ur details again i filed return and refund on the next day that is 1 march 2016 by mistake i mention 1 april i got the product from my id in ur website nd also ur customer care execuitve sent me a mail to apply to that link i did that also.
