As per courier record Parcel received on[protected] with stamped.Proof attached.Pl check image sent by you on the upper line its clearly showing Status of AWB No[protected] DELIVERED 21 Mar 2016 - COMPANY STAMP.Stamp proof attached.
One thing i would like to noted you after submitting complaint immediately i had received a phone call from mobile no-[protected]. Person was claiming he is going to refund my money in my account immediately& was asking for all bank details including my CVV no.No doubt it was fraud call but how's its possible he was aware about my case.It means your site is not a secure site and there may be chances of fraud transaction.
