I bought an anarkali salwar priced rs 1358 (order no: 414539) from your site and i sent back the product on 27/6/16 via india post (speed post charge rs 138). i didn't receive any messages for long time and later on 5/7/16 i got a call asking to which account the money should be transfered. again i didn't get back the money and i mailed to your id [protected]@uttamvastra and got a reply that the amount will be refunded within 6-7 days. but yet it was not credited to my account. i tried in the contact numbers given many times but i couldn't reach them. please make provision for refund as soon as possible. i am here attaching the image of speed post receipt.
