On 26th of November I ordered for a suit worth rupees 1299(+Rs100 as shipping charge), with order no. 50241, and I paid it with my shopping card(paid online). On 3rd of December, the courier company named aramex courier send me a message that my order is pending with them(please note that the mentioned courier company did not called me or tried to contact me in any way). When I called on their number, the courier company said that the courier was not successfully delivered and moreover the uttamvastra company had asked them to cancel my order. Since 4th of December I have contact Uttam Vastra fir the same. But they either do not receive my call. And till now I.e. till 10th December I have spoke to 6 or 7 of their customer care representative, each time new person talks and asks me the same problem. And each of them says me the same thing that. '' sorry mam! It was a technical mistake. We are marking your complaint as urgent, don't worry you will receive your order in next 48 hours without any further delay''. It's been 7th day and yet I have not received my order. On asking further they say that we don't have your order and that your order is with aramex courier. When I called the aramex courier company they said they(Uttam vastra) have not send any order to deliver. Today I spoke to the supervisor o[censored]ttam Vastra Mr. Hirendra Pawar. He said he will immediately see into the matter and call me in 2 hours. It has been 4 hours and yet no body called. In fact when I called the representative told me that he had left without any information to be send. Nor have I received any email regarding this. These people have done enough to bring me down to tears. Tell me one reason why I should not lodge a complaint against Uttam Vastra. Was this information helpful? |
