[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — Wrong product

I ordered two designer salwar suit worth rs 4949.00 and i received my order on[protected]. My order number is 58451 and order date is[protected]. One of the product which is "Rani Faux Georgette Embroidery Designer Salwar Suit" worth rs 2650.00 is not the same product which I received. They have delivered me a wrong product instead of the above mentioned product. I am trying the customer care number but noone is answering the call. Please take this product and send the actual product which i ordered as the one I have received is a different product with bad quality. Please take some action either send the actual product or refund my money. I have attached images of both wrong product delivered and actual ordered product.

Hi, thank you so much. My issue has been resolved now. I received my correct product on 18-Dec-2015. Thank you so much Uttam Vastra. Quality of the product I received is really good. Although they take little longer time to resolve issue but they have a good delivery channels. I am really satisfied with their product quality and designs. Whatever they showed in website, you will get the exact same product. Once again thanks for resolving my issue at a faster pace. I will look forward to shop more and more.

Hello Uttam Vastra, Can you make your services better? My issue has still not resolved. Correct product has not been delivered to me. I called them so many times and each time I got the same response - "we have forwarded your request." It is so annoying that they do not have a proper tracking system. They does not know whether the correct product has been dispatched or not. Can you urgently look into my order number 58451 to resolve my issue?

Hello Uttam Vastra,

I had been received a call on 12-Dec-2015 that I need to upload the photos of the wrong product received. I did uploaded the pictures same day. They mentioned they will dispatch the product on the same and it should reach me within two days. I still haven't received any call from Uttam Vastra nor they pick my call. Can I get an update if the correct product have been dispatched? How long it will take to resolve the issue?

I will give 4 stars to them. My issue is resolved now. I have received my product. I really liked both products. Very nice design and high quality product. Very affordable and great variety. Thank you so much to resolving my issue at a given span if time. I will look forward to shop more and more. Thanks for delivering my product at the earliest.

Please by mistake order ak hi item 9 time ho gya h please my order is 1 confirm my order number is 141011 and 140989 .
