i wish to inform u that i had placed an order(order no -334213 )dt:21/3/16 with uttam vastra. It was delievered on 30/3/16.
when i opened it was wrong .
So, i requested them to return the product. Despite my repeated calls and email, they didnot picked up and asked me to self courier it.
On 9/5/16 i got email that we tried to pick ur stuff but didnot get response .now u return it in 10 days or we will not listen to ur complaint.
Then on10/5/16, icorier my product and they received it and also i emailed them my courier slip copy and furnished my back details.
i didnot receive any confirmation from them and there customer care no, s r also not working.
I am afraid that i will not receive my money back.When i tried to find about them, i get to Know that this the common problem of many customers. i request u to look into this matter seriously and please save the customers from this fraud company.

I order my product that was come in 15 days after i was return that and courier my side no one to take that order after that last 4 month my payment as not come i always call customer care thy always side that your as come in 3 to 4 days but doesn't come very poor service very poor product.i call u so many time but call also not connect .

Package not delivered for Order #40768_15111039 ordered through uttamvastra.com. No response in the call center numbers given[protected]. Also no response from mail ID- [protected]@uttamvastra.com Don't buy anything from here.
