Not getting Power supply from last 2 days and responsible Power station , JE, SDO is not attaining phone calls.

I am Sanchit Srivastava from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. I live in Maitripuram, Shahpur area and my power station is Shahpur. I am not getting Power supply from last 2 days . Today also I a not getting Power supply from 4 P.M. When I call power station Shahpur their call is busy since that time. Then I call to JE of this area h also put his call forwarded and SDO also forwarded his call. Kindly register my complaint and take necessary actions...

No power supply for more than 4 hours

Hi,

We have been facing a power Failure at our home for more than 4 hours, local power station not picking up phone and UPPCL customer care number is unreachable.

I have registered written complaint as well with #PV[protected]. JE assigned is Gauri Shankar, his number is also unreachable. I am not sure what to do now. It's been more than 4 hours waiting for someone to fix this issue.

Complaint about long power cut in the area

Sir, this is to informed you that in this area there is no electricity supplying smoothly. As per the heating climate all people suffered from unnecessary cut of electricity in this area since 4-5 days address vill salarpur, noida Gautam Buddha Nagar. Electricity comes 2-3 hours in a day which is not enough So kindly do the needful as soon as possible....

UPPCL prepaid meter recharge

I was recharging my Smart meter given by UPPCL online. The prepaid consumer id is : [protected]
My 1000 rupees got deducted and second time 500, and no token code was generated.
Transaction status is shown as SUCCESS but recharge status is FAILED....

OVERCHARGING/FAKE bill given my electricity board

Transformer maintenance and electrical supply restoration

Amount deducted but not reflecting in my bill.

The bill for my account[protected] was around 10588. I had made partial payment of 1000 through debit card and the amount has been debited from my account. Yet the same is not reflected in my total bill amount and it's showing the same as it was previously.

All Pole and Wires Are Damaged and Power Cut issue.

In our village all poll and wired has been completely damaged, it is running 'RAM BHAROSE',
Every day in rain season we are suffering power cut issue, trip issue and fuse fault issue, what i am personally feel village like hell.

Long time power cut

There is regular power cut in nandanpura powerhouse of jhansi. This is because of poor service and bad maintenance by electricity department. They are very careless. They don't even pick calls. Long power cuts of 8 hours or more. If asked then always say that there is some fault. Everyday there is a new fault. No power supply but high bill amount every month....

Meter installation delay

I have applied for new meter connection through jhatpat connection portal Application no.[protected], i have completed almost all the formalities for new connection, I have selected 3 tentative date that is 22, 23, 24 of june 2022 for meter installation and submit it says you will be informed about schedule date by uppcl. But till date no date has been scheduled by the department. I request you to please help me regarding the same.
